Michael Luzier |

National Association of Home Builders Research Center
Michael Luzier became President of the NAHB Research
Center in January 2003, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in
the housing industry. Prior to joining the NAHB Research Center, Luzier
developed and led the NAHB Regulatory Affairs Program as a senior vice
president. He earned a masters degree in Regional Planning at the
University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A. in Political Science at Virginia
Tech. |

William (Bill) Killmer has over twenty years of
government relations/public policy experience in Washington, D.C. For the
past seven years, Bill has overseen the operations of all policy-based
outreach for NAHB. Prior to this position, he served as NAHB’s
Senior Staff Vice President within the Government Affairs area.
Bill holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a
concentration in finance and economics, from Baylor University.

Gerald Howard |
|
Executive Vice
President and Chief Executive Officer
National Association of Home Builders
Jerry Howard has over 20 years of
association experience and a lifetime in the housing industry. Jerry
began his association career at the National Association of Realtors,
where he served as a Legislative Analyst for tax issues. Prior to joining
NAHB, Jerry served as the chief lobbyist for the National Council of
State Housing Agencies where he was instrumental in the development of
the low-income housing tax credit as part of the Tax Reform Act of 1986.
Jerry came to NAHB as tax counsel in 1988 and served in a variety of
roles, including Chief Lobbyist. Jerry was promoted to Executive Vice
President & Chief Executive Officer in February 2001.
Before embarking on his association
career, Jerry practiced real estate law in his home state of South
Carolina. His exposure to the housing industry has literally encompassed
a lifetime; Jerry grew up working in a variety of roles for his father, a
developer.
Jerry earned a Bachelor of Arts
from the University of Vermont and received his Juris Doctorate from the
University of South Carolina. He, his wife Christina and their children
Eirann, Meaghan and Sean live in Virginia, just outside of Washington,
D.C. |

David Seiders |
Chief Economist and Senior Staff Vice
President
National Association of Home Builders
Mr. Seiders is responsible
for NAHB’s forecasts of housing and economic trends, survey research, and
analysis of markets for building materials and construction labor as well
as government policies that affect the housing sector of the economy.
Mr. Seiders writes several regular
columns on housing and the economy, and he appears regularly in the print
and broadcast media. He is a member of a variety of economic forecasting
panels, including Blue Chip and Consensus Forecasts USA. He has
testified before Congress and federal regulatory agencies on the housing
and economic outlook, monetary and fiscal policy, banking and housing
policy issues.
Prior to joining NAHB in 1984, Mr.
Seiders was a Senior Economist at the Federal Reserve Board in
Washington. In 1981-82, he was the Chief Policy Analyst for Housing
Finance with President Reagan’s Commission on Housing.
Mr. Seiders received a BA degree in
Economics, with highest honors, from LaSalle College in Philadelphia, and
he holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Pennsylvania State University. He
has taught undergraduate economics and housing policy at the graduate
level. |

| Timothy Eller |
CHAIRMAN AND CHIEF
EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Chairman, Executive Committee
Timothy R. Eller joined Centex Homes’ Illinois operation in 1973 and
was named Project Manager for the division in 1975. He became Vice
President of the company's Minnesota division in 1977 and the
division's President in 1981. In 1985, he was named an Executive Vice
President of Centex Real Estate Corporation/Centex Homes and was
elected the division’s President and Chief Operating Officer in
January 1990. In July 1991, he was named President and Chief Executive
Officer of Centex Homes. He served as Chairman of Centex Homes from
April 1998 until April 2003.
In August 1998, Mr. Eller was named Executive Vice President of Centex
Corporation and became the company's President and Chief Operating
Officer in April 2002. He was elected to the Board of Directors of
Centex in July 2002 and assumed the additional roles of Chairman and
Chief Executive Officer in April 2004.
Mr. Eller has a B.S. in construction management from the University of
Nebraska.
Mr. Eller is currently Chairman of the High Production Home Builders
Council of the National Association of Home Builders and is a life
trustee of the National Housing Endowment. He is the immediate
past-Chairman of the Policy Advisory Board for Harvard University’s
Joint Center for Housing Studies and continues to serve on its
Executive Committee. |
